This Returns policy sets out when and how you can return products to us.

When returning a new and unused product

You can return new and unused product(s) within 14 days of your purchase, subject to the limitations set out in our Terms and Conditions - GB.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of receiving the product.
You are responsible for any costs incurred in the returning of the product(s), unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Please always contact us at before returning a new and unused product.
You must return the goods back within 14 days of confirmation from Systemair HOME including delivery receipt and the payment card which you paid for the product(s)
Systemair HOME will refund the price paid for the goods via the original payment method if possible.
Systemair HOME will provide a refund for product(s) returned with the original proof of purchase, in new and unused condition and with the original packaging.
You agree to take reasonable care of the product(s) from the time that they are delivered to you until the time that they are returned.
A refund may be refused, or the value of the refund reduced if the product(s) are not able to be sold at full retail value as a result of you handling the product(s) in such a way that the product(s) are no longer saleable at full retail value. Systemair HOME at its sole discretion, may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the retail value of the goods. Any refund and reduction will be proportionate to the retail value of the product(s) in the condition returned.

If you have received a faulty product(s)

We are responsible for faulty products with material defects related to craftmanship or manufacturing errors for 6 months of the date of delivery.
Please contact us at to present your claim including delivery receipt, picture of the faulty product and a description of the fault.
If your claim is valid, we can at our sole discretion either rectify the defect or deliver a substitute product. We will also advise you if the product is needed in return for verification, if so the transport costs will be borne by Systemair HOME.

If you have not received what you ordered

If you have received another product than stated in your order confirmation, please contact us at including delivery receipt and a picture of the product label on the wrong delivered product.
If your claim is valid, we will send you a replacement product with a new invoice. We can, at our sole discretion take the product in return, if so the transport costs will be borne by Systemair HOME and product will be refunded after receipt by Systemair HOME within refund time lines stated in this policy.

When we are not able to accept a product in return

There are certain circumstances, where at our sole discretion we are not able to accept returns, cancel orders or offer a refund unless the product(s) is faulty (or unless there is any other breach of your statutory rights).
These exclusions are as follows:
where you do not have proof of purchase;
where the product(s) are returned without full packaging;
where the product(s) are not returned in a sellable condition

When we refund you

We will make any refund due to you as soon as possible and within the following timelines:
If you cancel before you have received the product(s): w will refund you latest 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the order
If you have returned the product(s) to us: we will refund you latest 14 days after the day on which we receive the product(s)
If possible, you will be refunded to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
